The apartment was stocked with everything we needed, and the sunset views from the sun terrace were breathtaking. The convenient bus stop right outside made exploring the area a breeze. We felt at home here and will definitely be returning on our next trip to this beautiful island.

The distance to nearby restaurants was a bit of a hassle, about a 15-minute walk. Wish there were more dining options close by.

Edgar was the best host ever. Its rooms were new-fashioned, with vegetables from the garden. Included a hair dryer, a bidet and bath sheets, all very handy. Food for breakfast was fresh. We could enjoy views over the town.

Generous fridge stocked with fruits, vegetables, and eggs. Supermarkets and bakery within 3 minutes walk. Best stay ever. Beautiful property, ideally located near Funchal center and botanical gardens. Welcoming owners went above and beyond, providing groceries, homemade dessert, and kind gestures throughout the week. Truly felt like locals, surrounded by beauty and delicious homegrown produce. Amazing find, home away from home. Will definitely return.
